The Arden Classics is a $49 three-course prix fixe menu, available Wednesdays and Thursdays. Guests choose one first course, one main course, and one dessert, with selections ranging from Baby Gem Caesar and Crispy Curry Cauliflower to Faroe Salmon, Jidori Chicken, Truffle Cacio e Pepe, and Filet Mignon, plus a choice of dessert to finish.
